Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Toffee apple mixed with chocolate and berry. Fragrant with cooked fruit, cereals and vanilla cream.

Palate: Smooth, stewed apples, vanilla cream. Pecan pie, scones.

Finish: Creamy and warming with nuts and dark chocolate.
