A single cask release from the Edradour distillery in the Highlands. Distilled 12 November 2010, matured for 9 years in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled 23 October 2020. Only 602 bottles were produced. Naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: A blend of beeswax, precious woods and candied apricot. Intensely malty with cherries in brandy and salted butterscotch.
Palate: Lively with lots of spice (star anise, pepper, clove), followed by marmalade, quince jelly and toasted nuts.
Finish: Long with coffee, chocolate and praline.
