Only 303 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.1%. The brand was revived in 2012 by the Echlinville Distillery in County Down, who began distilling in 2013 — the first new licensed distillery in Northern Ireland in over 125 years. While their own spirit matures, Dunville's has built its reputation on carefully selected casks of Irish whiskey sourced from older, established distilleries, a very common practice in Ireland.
