Launched in 2013, the Dalmore Valour is matured initially in a combination of first fill ex-Bourbon casks and Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts from Gonzales Byass, Spain. before being finished in Port pipes from Duoro region, Portugal. Although a duty-free exclusive, we have managed to snag a few bottles for the Dalmore fans.
Nose: Ripe plums, citrus fruits and creamy caramel.
Palate: Candied orange, pineapple and chocolate fudge.
Finish: Black forest fruits, coconut, figs and marzipan.
