The Cigar Malt Reserve benefits from a judicious selection of aged stocks drawn from three different types of casks: American white oak ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry butts and premier cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Bottled at 44%.
Nose: Caramel, shortbread, biscuits, coffee and chocolates along with some cinnamon, vanilla and red fruits.
Palate: Tropical fruits, banana toffee and vanilla ice cream. Flamed orange-zest, and perfectly integrated sherry.
Finish: Orange zest and clove with a touch of cinnamon.
