A single cask release from the Dalmore distillery in the Highlands, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1998, matured for 21 years and bottled in 2019. Only 132 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.2%.
Nose: Lots of fruit. Stone fruits, fruit salad, white peach and honeysuckle. Along with this it has a beeswax influence.
Palate: Honeydew melon, satsuma oranges, green apple and spearmint.
Finish: Long and mouth cooling.
