Initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then split equally between three different sherry woods: Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso for additional three years. The whisky is then finally married together in an upstanding sherry butt, for the flavours to integrate. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: Orange marmalade with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Mandarin, with sweet vanilla and ginger spice.
Finish: Winter spices and balanced oak.
