A single cask release from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 2016, matured for 7 years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled in 2023. Only 256 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.5%.

Nose: Dirty martini, Peachie O's, gherkin, apple crumble, capers, cedar.

Palate: Gooseberry, wood polish, Dijon mustard, salted lemon, fish oil, lemongrass.

Finish: Sweet and smoky, bright, forward.
