A single cask release from the Islay Bunnahabhain distillery by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 2009, matured for 10 years in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled in 2019. Only 702 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.9%.

Nose: Sparklers by a beach bonfire on Guy Fawkes night; a meat pie accompanied by a hot cup of Bovril. Nuances of cheese rind in the background.

Palate: Rockpools, gunpowder, hot sand, borage honey and ginger. 

Finish: Malty with a hint of ginger.
