A small-batch rum distilled at a 120-year-old Panamanian distillery. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels for up to 18 years before being finished in white oak ex-sherry casks from Andalusia, Spain. Bottled in an ultra-heavyweight glass bottle adorned with a tarnished metal "X" in front and map of the Caribbean at the back. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla.

Palate: Orange zest, peppery spice and a hint of coffee.

Finish: Short with a slight note of marmalade.
