Boplaas Whisky

The newest South African whisky on the market is made with maize thus making it a grain whisky (the label displays a pot still but we are still trying to confirm if they actually distill using a pot or column still). Maturation takes place in American oak barrels for between 54 to 60 months and then finished for a short period in Boplaas brandy barrels. Nonchillfiltered and bottled at 43%.
