A single cask release from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, by family-owned, Scotch whisky distiller, blender and independent bottler Hunter Laing in their First Editions Author's Series, a range paying tribute to great writers of years past. This release features Arthur Schnitzler, an Austrian author and dramatist. Distilled in May 1989, matured for 31 years in an ex-sherry hoghshead and bottled in March 2021. Only 236 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 45.6%.
