Distilled on 7 September 2007, this 11yo was finished for 16 months in first-fill European oak Palo Cortado sherry hogshead before being bottled in 2019. Only 284 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at cask strength of 57.9%.
