Barrel matured in second and third-fill French oak barrels for approximately 18 months. Bottled at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Fruit forward with inviting aromas of blackberries and plums. Nuances of sweet spice and black pepper.

Palate: Elegant with notes of blackberries, plums, rhubarb and dates. Mid-palate has perfect weight and notes of licorice.

Finish: Fine powdery tannins with lingering notes of sweet spice and black pepper.
