Grapes were harvested between 12 and 28 February 2019 from vines planted in 2010 and 2011. Inoculated with selected yeast strains from Burgundy, France. Primary fermentation was in a combination of 228-litre French oak casks (1st/15%, 2nd/45% and 3rd 40%) and Amphora. A total of 6,190 bottles were produced. Bottled on 27 January 2020 at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: A crisp Chardonnay with Frangipani flower and lime blossom aromas.
Palate: Lemon meringue and light oak flavours on the palate.
Finish: Beautifully balanced acidity with a grapefruit zest finish.
