Produced at the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington, Western Cape, this excellent value-for-money single grain has helped put SA whisky on the map and is playing a role in the gaining popularity of grain whisky. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: Combination of toffee, floral and vanilla.
Palate: A hint of cardamom spice softened by the sweet undertones of oak. Soft and well-rounded with more vanilla, pear and apple.
Finish: A warm and extended mouth-feel with a balanced finish and lingering sweet citrus.
