A single cask release from the Lowlands Auchentoshan distillery, bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Particular (OLP) range. Distilled in May 1997, matured for 21 years in a refill hogshead and bottled in April 2019. Only 342 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 51.5%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Marmalade on buttery toast, then comes damp oak and honeycomb.

Palate: A vanilla cream character with dried fruits, toasted nuts and crystallised ginger.

Finish: Long and sweet with fleshy peaches, citrus fruits and a hint of wood polish.
