Launched in 2016 as part of the Arran Cask Finish series. Made from the traditional Arran single malt which is matured in oak casks for eight years and then finished in a selection of Sauternes sweet wine casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Honey sweetness and citrus.

Palate: Richly honeyed and backed with a lifting zestiness which slides into spice and zingy salt. Once the dram opens out, vanilla and sultana stand out followed by notes of toasted oak.

Finish: Sweetness, honey, apricots, melon, honeysuckle.
