Launched in 2015, this is the first, limited-edition, release of the unpeated 18yo single malt from the Arran distillery. Matured exclusively in ex-sherry hogsheads. 9,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Please note this bottle is signed by the late master distiller, James MacTaggart.

Nose: Baked peaches with honey and toasted almonds. Sherry cask charring and subtle spice.

Palate: Waxy and coating with warmth of crystallised ginger and sweetness of crème brulee and caramelised brown sugar. Water uncovers floral notes, macadamia nuts and Seville orange marmalade.

Finish: Hazelnuts and nougat mingle with lightly toasted brioche and toffee apples.
