Matured in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Rich, warming spice and caramelised fruits with toffee, vanilla and milk chocolate. Fragrant and perfumed with peaches, brandy and ginger snaps.

Palate: Sweet with spice and bitter orange along with charred oak, honey, apples and pears.

Finish: Lingering, spicy, biscuity, and slowly drying, with just a hint of salt, liquorice and pineapple.
