The third release of Ardnamurchan's limited edition Paul Launois expression, launched in 2023. Produced from unpeated spirit, matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in barrique casks from Champagne producer Paul Launois. 2,676 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57.1%.

Nose: Tangy orange icing, rum and raisin ice-cream and salted caramel. Lemon curd, orange blossom, pencil shavings, wine gums and Sauternes. 

Palate: Rich, dry wood character up front with macadamia nut, citric acidity from nose still coming through. Nutmeg, peach and crème de cacao.

Finish: Gentle waft of lemon thyme and powdered lemonade along with vanilla and light Szechuan peppercorn.
