An Islay whisky by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 24yo from the Ardbeg distillery is their 16th batch. Only 182 bottles produced. Bottled at 48.1%. (500ml)

Nose: A metallic smoke entry with digestive biscuits with pear drop sweets.

Palate: Warming spices fill the mouth before more of the smokiness comes through. There’s a pinch of pepper and tropical fruit juice.

Finish: The pepper lingers before more smokiness which lasts long after the final sip.
