Nose: Vanilla and citrus with a touch of raisin. Beautifully subtle aromas of toasted toffee, poached pear and dried fruit.
Palate: Lemon meringue pie with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce. Gentle peach and pear along with some bitter wood spices and a lovely burst of citrus keeps the finish clean and vibrant.
Finish: Sweet with dried fruit. Mouth-coating and gorgeously spicy on the finish with both the bitter and sweet spices mingling with the drying tannins.
