A limited edition from the Don Papa range of rums, inspired by the story of Papa Isio who played a big part in the late-19th century Philippine revolution. Made using sugar cane grown on the island of Negros, the rum is distilled and matured in recharred American oak barrels for 10 years at the foothills of the active Mount Kanlaon volcano.
