Launched in 2012, this is the flagship product from the Don Papa range of rums, inspired by the story of Papa Isio who played a big part in the late-19th century Philippine revolution. Made using sugar cane grown on the island of Negros, the rum is distilled and matured in American ex-bourbon oak barrels for 7 years at the foothills of the active Mount Kanlaon volcano. Nose: Light and fruity.
