Die Plek Cinsault is made naturally and in a biodynamic method by not making use of any commercial yeasts, enzymes or fining agents. It is further not filtered or cold stabilised and may therefore in time show harmless sediment. Die Plêk was matured in a combination of mature French oak barrels for 9 months. Bottled at 11.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: This wine greets you on the nose with aromatic floral notes, with a subtle sweet and sour character.

Palate: On entry very fruit driven with lovely notes of strawberries and raspberries. Very elegant and medium body weight.

Finish: Refreshing with a moreish tangy acidity.
