A single cask release from the Dailuaine distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2007, matured exclusively in a refill Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in 2020. Only 442 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural strength of 52.2%.
Nose: Seville orange peel and sunflower seed followed by tobacco leaf, peppercorn, mesquite woodchip, brown sauce and Bloody Mary.
Palate: Tiramisu, pecan nuts, maple syrup and minty pan drops.
Finish: A medium, satisfying finish.
