Diplôme Dry Gin is a historic French gin from Dijon and uses the original 1945 recipe crafted during WWII. Designated the official gin for the American army stationed throughout Europe, the recipe is one of the oldest in France. Using traditional processes and made from a selection of European and Moroccon sourced botanicals that include genever berries, coriander, whole lemons, orange peel, angelica, safran, iris root and fennel seed. After macerating in pure beetroot alcohol, the aromas are slowly distilled inside of a small pot still called a bain-marie. Bottled at 44%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: A bouquet of blossoming cherry trees, cloves and the delicate expression of juniper and coriander seeds.

Palate: Each sip reveals an even greater complex and perfumed taste layered with zesty grapefruit, delicate nutty oils and a delightful infusion of lavender. Its velvety texture is enlivened with rich exotic spices and dark chocolate.

Finish: A great earthy and lengthy finish.
