This very cool single pot still release is from Midleton' Virgin Irish Oak Collection that uses native Irish oak in the maturation of the range and even traces the whisky to a specific tree! This is from Tree 3 in the Dair Ghaelach Bluebell Forest, and is comprised of whiskies between the ages of 12-23 that were matured American oak Bourbon barrels before being finished in virgin Irish oak. Bottled at cask strength of 56.2%.
