Launched in 2020 as part of the Paul John Select Cask range, this is an unpeated single malt finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of fig and apricot.

Palate: Sweet barley, creamy butterscotch and dried fruits.

Finish: Chocolate fudge, delicate orange peel and exotic wine-drenched nuts.
