The first distiller, Aaron Flaherty learned his trade at Diageo distilleries in Scotland and Bushmills. After he left in 2022, Williams Stafford joined as distiller, formerly of the Boatyard Irish distillery and Aultmore.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOfficially opening its doors on 31 March 2021, the first new make ran off the stills in 2021 and will legally be whiskey in 2024.
