A locally produced small-batch gin, Rhino Beetle Turkish Delight was inspired after the distillers were given a beautiful bouquet of roses and as they faded they created a wonderful rose water to keep the memory of their beauty alive in smell and taste! The flavour can best be compared to the little ‘sweet nothing candies’ made popular by the Chronicles of Narnia films. Serve with plain Indian Tonic and add rose petals, pomegranate seeds and mint.
