Exclusively matured in sherry casks. (Although the label says 'cask strength' we are dubious as every bottle is, and has always been, bottled at 60%. That number is too consistent not to raise suspicion.) Bottled at 60%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Great depth, sherry. Creamy and nutty. Honey on toast, touch of smoky coffee.
Palate: Silken, spicy and peppery oak. Almond, praline, hazelnut, dried peels, fruity. Touch of Armagnac, hint of rancio perhaps?
Finish: Long, peppery and nutty.
