The third release, in a series of four, for our collaboration with the Primal Spirits craft distillery in Johannesburg. Produced using peated malt, the spirit was matured for a total of 6.5 months, starting in a 195L virgin oak cask for a month, then in an ex-bourbon cask for 2 months and then in a 30L Sauternes cask for the final 3.5 months. Only 40 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 52.5%. (Bottle size 500ml)
