An exclusive single cask, single malt release from the Loch Lomond distillery in the Highlands. Distilled in April 2011, matured in a refill ex-bourbon barrel and finished for up to 12 months in a first-fill ex-Jurancon white wine hogshead, before being bottled in August 2021. Only 299 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)  

Nose: Juicy raisins and blossom honey are wonderfully balanced with peaches in syrup and some candied pineapple. 

Palate: Fresh vanilla cream and a hint of zesty lemon.

Finish: Gentle oak spices.

This release is part of a pair of Loch Lomond single malt exclusives, the other was finished in an ex-Bordeaux red wine hogshead.
