Grapes for the Kottabos Chenin Blanc 2022 were harvested from vineyards grown in decomposed granite soils. Grapes were whole bunch fermented for 6 days before being pressed. Aged in older French oak and kept on primary lees for 10 months. Hands-off approach. Bottled at 12.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Notes of wild bush peach, apricot with a flinty minerality.

Palate: Lovely fresh ripe stone fruit character. Mid-palate has lovely weight and texture.

Finish: Refreshing acidity with lingering notes of ginger and honey.
