Baker’s bourbon is named after Baker Beam, the grandnephew of Jim Beam himself. It is one of the four small batch series bourbons by the Jim Beam distillery. Matured for 7 years and bottled at high strength of 53.5%.

Nose: Burnt brown sugar, toasted marcona almonds, and hints of crème fraîche.

Palate: Firm but not overwhelming, with dried stone fruits, spices and a hint of molasses.

Finish: The above-average finish shows a bit of heat and lots of spice.
