The Wild Geese Irish Whiskey brand was founded back in 2005, named after the Irish soldiers that departed for France after the Williamite War in Ireland in 1691. Produced at the Cooley's distillery in County Louth, Wild Geese is a blend of Irish whiskeys matured in bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: A clean fresh nose of citrus and floral notes with a rich malty aroma and a slightly peppery overtone.

Palate: Silky smooth mouth-feel at the start, a warm malt flavour developing with a slight mouth-watering effect.

Finish: The finish is long, sustained and loyal to the taste.
