Grapes for the Arendsig Colombard 2020 are harvested from a vineyard located between Langeberg and Riviersonderend mountain range, East facing slope above the banks of the Breede River, South in the Robertson Wine Valley. Spontaneous fermentation, no added yeast, is used with no enzymes. Maturation takes place in neutral vessels to bring through the unique vineyard characteristics which is specific to the site. 2,700 bottles were produced. Bottled at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Zesty lime, green apple and citrus with honey notes.

Palate: Vibrant and crisp with notes of quince and lime standing out. Hints of green apple and sweet spice on the mid-palate.

Finish: A refreshing salinity paired with lingering notes of honey and gingerbread.
